The shop is situated on the Stourhead Estate, home to the National Trust’s celebrated 18th-century landscape garden and Palladian mansion. Set in the rolling Wiltshire landscape, we bring you the very best in locally produced seasonal foods and drinks. The shop is situated beside of the National Trust car park at Stourhead.
The Stourhead estate and the surrounding area are blessed with conditions ideal for growing good food. This means that we can bring you superb seasonal, local products: well hung and traditionally butchered meats, cheese, fruit and vegetables, free range eggs, bread, jams, pickles and more. The estate even has its own source of pure mineral water.

More text~Since the shop opened in April 2005, we have become renowned for the quality of our meat. Apart from traditionally butchered fresh meat, we hand-make 10 different varieties of sausages, including the Stourhead Sizzler, offer a range of home cured bacon and hams and a selection of cooked meats, rolls and pies. We also stock game, available fresh in season. You can get exactly the cut you require over the butchers’ counter.
